/ The brief
Wembley needed a sharper reason to exist than simply being another terrace serving a broad, generic menu. The brief was to create a more distinctive, commercially stronger concept with better memorability, stronger social-media pull, lower waste, improved efficiency and better margins.
/ Our approach
We reframed Wembley as a destination brand built around signature coffees, coconut-led drinks for the Mediterranean climate, premium-looking iced lattes, visually strong cocktails and a smaller, more curated menu. Alongside the product direction, we shaped the commercial pitch, the slide-by-slide owner presentation, the website structure and a focused content-tool direction for ongoing campaign generation.
/ The outcome
The project gave Wembley a clearer identity centred on terrace culture, Mediterranean lifestyle and shareable visual presentation. Instead of a cluttered all-things-for-everyone offer, the concept now points toward a tighter, more profitable menu, stronger influencer appeal, event potential and a cohesive digital direction spanning the site, social content and launch storytelling.
